Slow Flow is a combination of accessible poses, fluid movement and breath. Classes will move through a series of poses that gently engage and open all the major muscle groups. Slow Flow, contributing to spinal health, improved posture and overall well-being.

Ideal for: New students, students returning from injuries, easy pace, Beginner’s Yoga, active Stretching
