Our Yoga for Athletes 4 week series will focus on active stretching that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the shoulders, back, hips, and hamstrings. This is an excellent class for your athlete if they are looking to establish breathing techniques to decrease stress and increase their flexibility.
Age group: Boys and Girls in 7th-12th grade
Cost: $75 for all four 75 minute class. Single session option available for $25 per class
Join Kelli Parrish for a 2 hour restorative aromatherapy yoga class that will leave you feeling informed, calm and relaxed! We will start with a discussion about where oils come from, how to use them, and how to incorporate them into your practice. We will end the class with a restorative yoga and meditation practice.
Join Katy on June 15th at 1 pm to go over the basics of several Standing Poses! Over the two hours, we will review basic to more complex standing posture, studying each pose in depth, discussing key muscle engagement and posture alignment. This workshop is designed to help you learn your body in the pose, to build strength, and decrease wear and tear on your body. This workshop is great for everyone who loves yoga!! Any teacher looking for continuing ed, you will receive 2 CEU's for this workshop.
The Yoga Loft is offering a summer camp this summer for Tween's ages 9-14. This camp will run Monday- Thursday from 1:00 pm to 4 pm. Camp will consist of team building activities, yoga, and crafts! Register your child today to reserve your spot, space is limited to 15.
