Join Kelli Parrish for a 2 hour restorative aromatherapy yoga class that will leave you feeling informed, calm and relaxed! We will start with a discussion about where oils come from, how to use them, and how to incorporate them into your practice. We will end the class with a restorative yoga and meditation practice.

Join Terri Ward on Saturday April 6th from 12- 1:30 pm for this awesome workshop. Learn to use the wall to facilitate support, balance, resistance and play in your practice. The wall is one of the most underused props in your practice! All skill levels welcome.
Our Yoga for Athletes 4 week series will focus on active stretching that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the shoulders, back, hips, and hamstrings. Most poses are done on the floor and held for 3-5 minutes. Holding poses for longer periods of time and focusing on breath gives the body time to fully relax and open. This is an excellent class for your athlete if they are looking to establish breathing techniques to decrease stress and increase their flexibility.
Age group: Boys and Girls in 7th-12th grade
Cost: $75 for all four 75 minute class. Single session option available for $25 per class
