Join us for this 5 week consecutive series focusing on building a solid foundation for a yoga practice. At the end of each session, we will discuss positive body image, overall healthy living and ways to manage stress. Space is limited to sign up today!
We believe that families that hang together stay together! Join us the Sunday September 30th for some family yoga. Our instructor will guide you and your family through a series of poses, partner poses and lots of fun during this 75 minute class.
Would you like to learn more about how to balance your emotions, naturally? Do you ever feel frustrated, sad or angry? This workshop is an opportunity to find your own personal blend of essential oils to assist with these certain emotions.

Any participant under 18 years old must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Content to be covered:
A 1.5 hands-on portion covering techniques needed to survive a violent encounter.
A 30-minute portion allowing participants the opportunity to practice the techniques learned during the seminar on a professionally trained padded assailant.
No prior experience is necessary!
A workshop on the basics of yoga for those new, or returning, to your yoga journey. If you feel like:
