Looking for a great way to kick off 2019? Join Kelli Parrish for a 30 day cleanse of the Mind, Body and Spirit. In addition to performing a physical cleanse, we will meet up weekly to discuss progress and incorporate the mind and spirit into the cleanse through journaling, meditation, personalized vision board and the physical practice of yoga. We are holding two information session, the first one will be December 30th at 4pm and the second session on January 6th at 4pm. Information sessions are free to attend. Make tackling an arm balance part of your New Year's resolution for 2019. Join Katy on January 26th at 1 pm to 3 pm for part 1 of a 2 part series on arm balances. In this workshop, we will review certain postures that will assist with strength and flexibility, discuss modifications, and practice how to safely get into crow, side crow and a modified one legged crow. The goal for this workshop is to teach you the fundamentals of each pose for you to practice and build on in your practice.
A note about Katy: she LOVES arm balances and is constantly working on them!
