Workshop: How do I "Yoga"?

A workshop on the basics of yoga for those new, or returning, to your yoga journey. If you feel like:

“I’m not flexible”
“I’m afraid I won’t know what to do”
“I’m still not sure I’m doing it right”
Then this workshop is PERFECT for you! In this workshop, the basics of a yoga class and fundamental poses will be explored. The casual approach to these topics will allow for plenty of questions and hands on assistance to assure you will feel comfortable and confident in your poses and any yoga class you may attend. Tween Yoga for Girls Ages 9-13

Katy Huth will be leading the girls through a 3 week series, starting with a strong foundation of poses leading up to a peak pose by the end of week three- grasshopper pose! At the end of each session, there will be a small group discussion that will be related to health, wellness, stress and self body image. Katy wants to empower these young women to feel strong and in control over their bodies in addition to managing stress in their lives. Sign up today as space is limited. $45 for the series
