Power Yoga is a series of poses, using your breath as the guide for your pace. Explore your potential in class, playing around with backbends, inversions and arm balances. Our instructors always provide modifications to allow you to feel comfortable in your movements. The class facilitates detoxification, and promotes a sense of energy and empowerment. Class room is heated to 80 degrees to allow the body to feel warmer when transitioning through poses.
