How to Book a Class
Booking your class is quick and easy — you’ll be done in under a minute.
Step 1: Create an Account
Sign up for a free account with our scheduling system Mindbody. You’ll use it to book, manage, and track your classes. Once you have created an account you will be prompted to verify your email address.
Step 2: Choose Your Class
Browse our schedule and select the class, time, and instructor that works best for you.
Step 3: Book & Pay
Reserve your spot by purchasing a single class, a class pack, or a monthly membership. Once booked, you’re all set!
Step 4: Arrive & Enjoy
Arrive 5–10 minutes early if it’s your first class. We provide props — just bring yourself and a water bottle.
