Take Flight - Aerial Yoga
Practice your fitness in the air. Defy gravity, move freely, release fear, and float into a deeper understanding of your wellness. Are you looking for a fun and unique way to incorporate movement, strength, mindfulness and even a deeper relaxation into your routine? Take flight with us, as your take your yoga practice to a higher level. Aerial yoga is beneficial for beginners and advanced students alike. This is a semi-private experience with up to 5 students in each session.
Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga is practiced in a hammock using looped fabric that swivels freely on a single point.
The hammock allows you to deepen your stretch, work on strength, and safely perform inversions. The hammock can also serve as a prop to support your body for balance and as a spotting device which safely guides you into postures.
Intro to Aerial
New to aerial yoga? We offer weekly intro classes to get comfortable trusting the hammocks and using the hammocks to assist with various yoga postures. This will be the same instruction each class. Space is limited to 5 hammocks so please register early.
Private Party
Do something unique with your closest people! We offer a 1 or 2 hour semi-private aerial experience for up to 5 people. We will work with you to offer your preference of intensity level. The 2 hour option offers time for you to literally hang with your friends after the 1 hour instructional class.
