Barre Classes

Incorporating strength based movement and yoga can enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. The combination of strength and yoga can also protect your joints from injury, improve your balance and increase your overall mental and physical wellbeing. We have several classes that give you an opportunity to work on your strength with the use of your own bodyweight, dumbbells, bands and more.

Barre Strength

Activate and tone your whole body with this Total Body Barre Class. Flow to the music while using your own body weight, light weights, bands, balls and the barre to sculpt and tone. All levels welcome and no experience necessary!

45 Minute Express

This 45 minute Express Barre class is the same format as our Barre Strength class but is only 45 minutes. Using your own body weight, light dumbbells, bands and balls, you will sculpt and tone your body. All levels welcome and no experience is required.
