The Yoga Loft is running a Wednesday Tween & Teen Yoga Series 10/17 - 11/21.
Join us for this 5 week consecutive series focusing on building a solid foundation for a yoga practice. At the end of each session, we will discuss positive body image, overall healthy living and ways to manage stress. Space is limited to sign up today!
