Yoga Classes (Beginner to More Advanced)

Gentle Yoga- A calming, beginner-friendly class focused on relaxation, breathwork, and gentle stretches. Perfect for newcomers or anyone looking to unwind and release tension.

Yoga and Meditation- Combine the flow of yoga with mindful meditation. Move gently through poses while cultivating focus, breath awareness, and mental clarity.

Deep Stretch- Slow-paced stretches targeting tight muscles and joints. Ideal for improving flexibility and easing stiffness after a long day or intense workouts.

Barre Strength- An energizing, low-impact workout combining ballet-inspired movements, bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and light weights to tone and sculpt the body.

Basic Flow- A beginner-to-intermediate class that introduces foundational yoga sequences. Build strength, balance, and confidence in your practice.

Slow Flow- Focus on mindful movement and connecting breath with motion. This moderate class is perfect for those looking to strengthen their body while reducing stress.

Vinyasa Flow- A dynamic, full-body yoga experience linking breath to continuous movement. Build strength, stamina, and flexibility in a challenging, energizing practice.

Total Body Conditioning- High-intensity, full-body class designed to build strength, endurance, and power. Incorporates weights, bodyweight exercises and cardio movements for maximum results.
