We’re so glad you’re here. Whether it’s your very first class or you’re returning to movement after a break, Yoga Loft Ohio is a supportive, welcoming space designed to help you feel strong, grounded, and confident.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to know what you’re doing.
You just need to show up.
What to Expect in Class
Our classes are intentionally designed to be:

Which Class Should I Try First?
Yoga
- Slow Flow Yoga: Gentle, beginner-friendly pace with guidance through all poses.
- Yoga & Meditation: Combines simple movements with guided meditation for relaxation.
- Focuses on breath, alignment, and mindful movement — perfect for first-timers.
Barre
- Low-impact class focusing on small, controlled movements.
- Plenty of modifications provided — beginner-friendly.
- Builds strength, balance, and flexibility in a supportive environment.
- Great first step if you’re new to group fitness.
Strength Training
- Full Body Conditioning: Beginner-friendly weight and bodyweight exercises.
- Emphasis on proper form and modifications for all levels.
- Helps build foundational strength safely for first-time attendees.
- Option to work at your own pace with guidance from instructors.
What to Bring
- Yoga mat (or use one of ours)
- Water bottle
- Comfortable clothing
- For Total Body Conditioning classes: athletic shoes
