Our Yoga for Athletes 5 week series will focus on active stretching that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the shoulders, back, hips, and hamstrings. This is an excellent class for your athlete if they are looking to establish breathing techniques to decrease stress and increase their flexibility.
Age group: Boys and Girls in 7th-12th grade
Single session option available for $20 per class
