Our Yoga for Athletes 5 week series will focus on active stretching that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the shoulders, back, hips, and hamstrings. This is an excellent class for your athlete if they are looking to establish breathing techniques to decrease stress and increase their flexibility.

The Yoga Loft is offering a summer camp this summer for Teens and Tweens ages 9 and up. This camp will run Monday- Thursday from 1:00 pm to 4 pm. Camp will consist of team building activities, yoga, and crafts! Register your child today to reserve your spot, space is limited to 15.
Join Katy on August 3rd at 1 pm to learn more about spinal movement and how to safely backbend! Over the two hours, we will review basic to more complex backbends, studying each pose in depth, discussing key muscle engagement and posture alignment. This workshop is designed to help you learn your body in the pose, to build strength, and decrease wear and tear on your body. This workshop is great for everyone who loves yoga!!
