Yoga Journey: In 2011, I began exploring yoga to offset the long stretches of time I spent sitting in front of a computer for work. I was hooked on yoga after my first Hatha class and worked to regain some of the flexibility that I had lost. The best part of that first class: a quiet mind and a sense of calm. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Yoga Teaching Style: I believe yoga can be accessible to many and I want to share my love of yoga, hope to impart that sense of calmness I felt during my first yoga class.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Outside of Yoga: I am a data management analyst for a global financial institution. When I'm not hunched over her keyboard, I enjoy bicycling with my husband, exploring wineries, sticking my toes in the sand at the beach, and tap dancing.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
