Arm Balance Workshop Part 1

Make tackling an arm balance part of your New Year's resolution for 2019. Join Katy on January 26th at 1 pm to 3 pm for part 1 of a 2 part series on arm balances. In this workshop, we will review certain postures that will assist with strength and flexibility, discuss modifications, and practice how to safely get into crow, side crow and a modified one legged crow. The goal for this workshop is to teach you the fundamentals of each pose for you to practice and build on in your practice.

A note about Katy: she LOVES arm balances and is constantly working on them!
