Looking to work with the hammocks a little more in depth? We are offering a 3 class progressive series where we will work on getting comfortable with the hammocks and progress to inversions and more strength based movements using the hammocks.
Class will be held on Tuesday evenings at 5:45 pm- 6:45 pm
