Acroyoga is a partner based physical practice that combines yoga, acrobats and Thai massage. You can practice with a significant other, a friend or a brand new face. Bring along a friend or come learn new friends by coming solo! This class will begin with gentle yoga to warm up the body. From there, beginner Acro poses will be demonstrated including safety tips, step by step instruction and a spotter for extra support.
