Join Katy on August 3rd at 1 pm to learn more about spinal movement and how to safely backbend! Over the two hours, we will review basic to more complex backbends, studying each pose in depth, discussing key muscle engagement and posture alignment. This workshop is designed to help you learn your body in the pose, to build strength, and decrease wear and tear on your body. This workshop is great for everyone who loves yoga!! Any teacher looking for continuing ed, you will receive 2 CEU's for this workshop.
