Stretching and Myofascial Self Release

April 16th 1 pm- 3 pm

Stretching enables the energy to move through the body freely and allows for more sustainability and endurance.

 

During this 2 hour workshop, we will discuss the importance of stretching, and the effects stretching has on the body. We will dive deeper into our fascia using massage balls to identify trigger points in the body where we hold tension and stress. 

 

This workshop will end with a series of yin postures to leave you feeling relaxed and to alleviate some discomfort you may be experiencing.
