Women's Self Defense Workshop

  • Open to all women ages 13+.

  • Come prepared to sweat!

  • Please dress in comfortable work-out attire.

  • No jewelry please!

  • Please bring bottled water or a sports drink.

  • Any participant under 18 years old must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Content to be covered:

  • A 1.5 hands-on portion covering techniques needed to survive a violent encounter.

  • A 30-minute portion allowing participants the opportunity to practice the techniques learned during the seminar on a professionally trained padded assailant.

  • No prior experience is necessary!
